These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Report Flow, LLC ("Report Flow", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website and Excel Add-in services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of and agreement to abide by these Terms and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Service.
Report Flow, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service as an Excel Add-in for your internal business purposes.
Restrictions: You must not (and must not allow others to): (a) copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (b) work around any technical or security limitations in the Add-in; or (c) distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Service, in whole or in part, to any third party.
Report Flow, LLC is a data processing and reporting tool only. It does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all reports before relying on them for financial or tax purposes.
You retain all rights to the financial data you import via the Service ("Customer Data"), and you represent and warrant that you have all necessary permissions to access, connect, and process this data through the Service.
QuickBooks Online: You acknowledge that Report Flow is not responsible for QuickBooks Online’s performance or data handling. Report Flow is an independent developer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit Inc.
Microsoft Excel: Use of the Service is subject to the availability of the Microsoft Office Add-in platform. Report Flow is not liable for interruptions caused by Microsoft.
Access requires an active subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
Account Security: Your subscription is non-transferable and tied strictly to your registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Feedback: If you send us any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, you do so voluntarily. You grant Report Flow, LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and commercialize that feedback for any purpose, without any obligation or compensation to you.
The service is provided "as is." Report Flow, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of data calculations.
In no event shall Report Flow, LLC's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within Indiana.
